Will my pills fit?
Each of the 7 compartments holds up to 36 small tablets (0.3 in), 15 medium caplets (0.6 in), 8 large multivitamins (0.75 in) or 4 fish-oil softgels (1 in). One size, made for real capsules, not tiny pills.
How heavy is it?
6.5 oz, about the weight of a smartphone. Solid aluminum feels premium in the hand, and it lives on its walnut stand on your counter or nightstand. It fits a bag when you travel, but it’s made to stay out, not to hide in a drawer.
Will it open in my bag?
No. The tray locks at every compartment with a precise click and stays shut until you slide it. A milled grid on the case shows which way to open it.

What does the warranty cover?
Manufacturing defects, for life. If something is wrong, email support@thedot-shop.com: we’ll troubleshoot with you and, if needed, send a replacement. No need to send the faulty one back. If the replacement fails too, we refund you.
How do returns work?
You have 30 days. Email support@thedot-shop.com with your order number and we’ll send you the return instructions. Return shipping is paid by you. Once we receive it in good condition, you’re refunded within 5 working days.
