30-day returns. Not for you? You can return your order within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in good condition, with no visible or functional damage, and in their original packaging.
How to return. Email support@thedot-shop.com with your order number. We’ll send you the return instructions.
Your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 working days. Your bank may need a few extra days to post it. If you still haven’t received it after that, contact us at support@thedot-shop.com.
Every the dot pill organizer is covered for life against manufacturing defects.
No need to send it back. If your organizer arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect, email support@thedot-shop.com with your order number. We’ll troubleshoot with you first and may ask for a short photo or video. If it can’t be fixed, we send you a replacement free of charge, without asking you to return the defective one.
If the replacement fails too, we refund you, again without requiring a return.
What the warranty doesn’t cover: normal wear such as light scratches or marks on the aluminum, damage from misuse, the dishwasher or soaking the wood cap, and loss or theft.
